These terms apply to the use of the ClimbVista script and the automated features included in your plan.

1. Scope of Service

ClimbVista is a technical monitoring and automation script. It provides continuous detection, guidance, and optional safe HEAD-level optimizations when enabled. It is not an agency and does not include manual work outside your selected plan.

2. Script Installation

To use ClimbVista, you must install a small JavaScript snippet on your website. You are responsible for placing it correctly. We can assist with integration guidance, but we do not require access to your hosting or CMS.

3. Controlled Automation & Updates

If automation is enabled, ClimbVista applies changes only within the permitted scope (HEAD-level optimizations) and only under your site safety policy. The script may update over time to improve detection, compatibility, and reliability.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly. Payment grants access to the script, monitoring features, and plan-specific capabilities. If payment fails, the service may be paused automatically.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. When cancelled, the script stops operating on your site. Payments already made are not refundable.

6. Data & Privacy

The script processes only technical data required to function: URL structure signals, performance metrics, and SEO-related diagnostics. It does not collect personal data from your users. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

7. No Ranking Guarantees

ClimbVista improves technical foundations and visibility into issues but does not guarantee specific search rankings. Rankings depend on many external factors outside any tool’s control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of the script is at your own risk. ClimbVista is not responsible for indirect losses, downtime, collateral damages, or issues caused by configurations outside the service scope.

9. Changes to Terms

If these terms are updated, it will be clearly noted on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new conditions.
