Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of the ClimbVista script and the automated features included in your plan.
1. Scope of Service
ClimbVista is a technical monitoring and automation script. It provides continuous detection, remediation guidance, and optional safe controlled optimizations when enabled. It is not an agency and does not include manual work outside your selected plan.
2. Script Installation
To use ClimbVista, you must install a small JavaScript snippet on your website. You are responsible for placing it correctly. We can assist with integration guidance, but we do not require access to your hosting or CMS.
3. Controlled Automation & Updates
If automation is enabled, ClimbVista applies changes only within the permitted technical scope and only under your site safety policy. The script may update over time to improve detection, compatibility, and reliability.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Plans are prepaid monthly and billed on your fixed billing day each month. Your billing day is the calendar day of your activation; activations on the 29th, 30th, or 31st use the 28th as the billing day. This billing day does not change regardless of when you pay — each payment covers the monthly cycle anchored to that day, and paying late neither moves the date nor adds extra days. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charge: keeping your payment current is your responsibility to maintain active service. A 5-day grace period applies after the due date, during which the service remains active.
5. Cancellation, suspension & termination
If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the service is suspended (monitoring and automations stop and the dashboard is locked); your data is retained. You may reactivate by paying during the suspension period — service resumes, your billing day stays the same, and suspended days are not credited. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the account is terminated and your data is permanently deleted 30 days after termination; a returning customer is treated as new. ClimbVista may terminate accounts with repeated late or missed payments. You may cancel at any time (month-to-month, no minimum term); the service stays active until the end of the cycle already paid. Payments already made are not refundable.
6. Data & Privacy
The script processes only technical data required to function: URL structure signals, performance metrics, and SEO-related diagnostics. It does not collect personal data from your users. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
7. No Ranking Guarantees
ClimbVista improves technical foundations and visibility into issues but does not guarantee specific search rankings. Rankings depend on many external factors outside any tool’s control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Use of the script is at your own risk. ClimbVista is not responsible for indirect losses, downtime, collateral damages, or issues caused by configurations outside the service scope.
9. Changes to Terms
If these terms are updated, it will be clearly noted on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new conditions.
